	Cingular Service Sucks

More bars, bla bla bla. I lose a call nearly every time I place a call. Sometimes its "call failed, try again". Other times its "network busy". Cell phone companies keep trying to add new expensive features when I just want a phone with reliable calls. Often Cinguar calls don't come through clearly and I have to ask the other party to repeat something several times. I'm not impressed with the wireless coverage.
	Cingular has bad customer service

I arrived at 8:30 am before work. The store was to open at 9:00, so I waited. I saw the employees come in the back entrance around 8:45. They saw me waiting but they would not unlock the front door. At 9:00 one comes out the front door locking it behind him to walk across the street to eat breakfast. It wasn't until 9:10 that the store actually opened. When he finally would see me the employee was extremely mean and short tempered as if *I* was unnessesarily taking up *his* time. I knew I was going to be late for work, but it was just plain rude for singular employees to do this.
	Confusion with Cingular data plans

There is a difference between using the handset to browse the web verses using the handset as a modem for an attached PC. It really is not clear what the "unlimited plans" include. Even the Cingular reps are spreading bad information. Here are some incidents where customers received monthly bills toping $500 for data access. If you have trouble dealing with a company, your best bet may be for you to contact the Better Business Bureau. Post your company complaints on boards like this one to help educate other consumers. You may also want to report bad companies that have deceptive practices to the FTC. Obviously if you find a company is doing a good job, then the best way for you to help the company is the spread the word!

Research companies yourself before doing business with them. It can save you much time, money, and most importantly leave you with a positive customer experience.
